Refund Policy for Business Coach Shop

Thank you for your purchase at Business Coach Shop. We offer a range of ebooks and courses designed to help you succeed in your business and personal development goals. We understand, however, that there may be times when you need to request a refund. Our refund policy explains how these requests are handled, so please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Conditions

  • Eligibility Window: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be made beyond this period.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., ebooks and online courses), which can be downloaded or accessed immediately, we typically do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional cases of technical issues or if the content is significantly misrepresented.
  • Services: For services, such as coaching sessions or workshops, refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Cancellations made closer to the service date may only be eligible for partial refunds or credits towards future services.
  • Physical Products: If you have purchased a physical product, it must be returned undamaged and in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@business-coach.shop with your order number and the reason for the request.
  2. We will review your request and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the conditions outlined above.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days.

Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
